Mabuku Online Subscription Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with Mabuku Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription Service

Mabuku Online provides a subscription-based digital book reading service. Your subscription grants you access to our library of digital books for the duration of your subscription period.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial to new users. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through mobile money (Airtel Money or MPamba). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Malawian law.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly: MK3,500 per month
• 3 Months: MK9,000 (MK3,000 per month)
• 6 Months: MK15,000 (MK2,500 per month)

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Content Usage

All books and content are protected by copyright. You may only access content for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing accounts or distributing content is prohibited.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malawi.
